Shipping with Brands House

Brands House offers free standard shipping on all orders shipped within the contiguous United States — no minimum order required.

Orders normally dispatch within 1–2 business days. This is the time until the parcel is handed to the carrier — actual transit time varies by destination.

Orders with Name + Number personalization require 5–10 business days for personalization and order preparation before dispatch.

SAK ELITE is a fully custom-made product. Please allow 5–7 business days for your custom order to be prepared for shipment, subject to timely design information and approval.

The SAK ELITE process: (1) Order placed. (2) You provide your personalization briefing and images. (3) Your custom design is created. (4) You review and approve the design. (5) Production in Portugal. (6) U.S. fulfillment. (7) Shipment to you.

A custom SAK ELITE order may be cancelled before you approve the final design. Once you approve the design and production begins, the order cannot be cancelled due to its custom-made nature.
